Privacy policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
In short: this site is a static page. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics and has no forms. The only data we handle is what you give us when you buy a ticket, submit a talk or write to us.
Data controller
The Paris Android User Group (PAUG) association, 5 allée des Acacias, 92310 Sèvres, France. Contact: contact@mobilemakers.fr.
What we process and why
Browsing the site
The site itself collects no personal data. The host (Firebase Hosting, Google) processes your IP address to serve the pages and keeps connection logs for security and availability.
Buying a ticket
Ticketing is run by Billetweb. The data you enter at checkout (identity, email, company, payment) is processed by Billetweb under its own privacy policy. PAUG receives the attendee list (first name, last name, email, company) to run registration, send practical information about the event and issue invoices. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract. Retention: the statutory period for accounting records (10 years) for invoices, one year after the event for the attendee list.
Submitting a talk
The call for papers is run by Conference Hall. Your profile and proposals are processed by Conference Hall under its own privacy policy. PAUG accesses them to build the schedule and contact speakers. Legal basis: your consent when submitting. Retention: until the next edition's call closes.
Emailing us
When you write to us, your address and message are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most three years. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying.
Photos and videos at the event
Photos and video recordings are made on the day and may be published on the site, on social media and on PAUG's replay channel. You can ask us to take down an image you appear in by emailing us.
Recipients
Data is accessible to the PAUG volunteers who organise the event. It is shared with the processors named above (Billetweb, Conference Hall, Google) and is never sold or passed on. Sponsors do not get the attendee list; sharing your contact with a sponsor only happens at your own initiative, on site.
Transfers outside the European Union
Firebase Hosting may involve transfers to the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework that Google has joined.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@mobilemakers.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Billetweb and Conference Hall, which you are redirected to, apply their own cookie policies.
